Custom Component Placement Jig

This customer reached out needing to precisely place a leaded through hole component onto a circuit board. Just being off by fractions of a millimeter would through of the end product. They had designed a keyed jig that would repeatable allow an operator to hand solder the component without fear of doing it incorrectly. The jig needed to be tight, precise, and able to handle high heat. Using our Carbon Fiber infused high temp filament, we printed a slick part to fit their needs!
