When you need to create a controlled and consistent cut to ream out fine details on a hole poorly machined by a vendor, you need a sweet tool right?

A customer contacted us to 3D print a robust tool for them that would allow them to place a repeatable cut and finish on a plastic part that had some serious critical dimensions. This operation required an artists touch rather than something you could just use a machine to do. The tool needed to hold up over time, be simple to maintain, and handle the heat of constant use. We utilized our Carbon Filled Nylon 3D to supply all these needs, and it came out looking pretty snazzy in our opinion.
